- One reply from the advisor. A reply that fails to generate is not charged, and deleting a conversation does not give a free message back.
- How do I cancel?
- From your profile, in two clicks. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, then go back to Free.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. The advisor is a research tool built on real reward data — useful for narrowing options, not a substitute for your own judgement.
- Who handles payment?
- Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach CardMatcha.
